We pride ourselves on our aftercare service, providing continuous support all year round, and can be contacted 24 hours a day in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your security systems.
You will be visited by one of our highly trained security engineers who will investigate any issues and ensure that your security system is fully operational at all times.
It is imperative that you have at least two service visits per year if you require police response. Without this compliance, the police reject responsibility to respond in the event of an alarm activation.
You may also need regular servicing and maintenance if the system is a requirement of your insurance company. They outline the minimum maintenance and servicing policies and frequencies, so it is advisable that you clarify and comply with these stipulations to prevent your insurance from becoming null and void.
Regular service will ensure your system is working correctly and has been proven to reduce false alarms and wasted police time, which can result in conviction if made excessively.
